Each speaking event and activity selection is customizable to best serve your audience.  A single event or a package format can be accommodated.  Please contact us directly to properly plan and tailor your event.  For ease of understanding how your event might be executed, here are some examples of event packages we have executed for clients:

Example Option A

  • Morning exercise class or FitTour in your city
  • Speaking Event on the topic of your choice
  • Follow-up Webinar for those unable to attend event
  • Cocktail Hour with a dash of nutrition

  • Kombucha breakfast and how to make eggs in under three minutes
  • One team building event on-site or at your event
  • Ten-minute stretch breakout session between meetings
  • Written follow-up for all attendees to serve as summary of tools learned from events
